Job Title: Storeperson

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join our team at COS, a leading private business in Australia. As a Storeperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, receiving, picking, and packing goods, as well as performing quality control checks and forklift operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and store incoming goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stock rotation.
  • Pick and pack orders, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Perform quality control checks on received goods, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Operate a forklift, safely and efficiently, to move goods around the warehouse.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of palletised freight, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in data entry and inventory management software.
  • Current forklift licence, with high reach experience preferred but not required.
