Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

The role of a Clinical Nurse Specialist is to provide expert care to patients with renal service needs. Working in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will use best practice evidence to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

About the Role:
  • Provide specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level for designated specialties.
  • Use extended autonomy in clinical decision-making and leadership to develop nursing specialty practice advancement.
  • Exercise effective clinical communication using information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong commitment to delivering quality care. If you are a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration qualifications in Renal Nursing and a minimum of three years' experience working in the clinical specialty, we encourage you to apply.

Selection Criteria:
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant post-registration qualifications in Renal Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in the clinical specialty.
