Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Professional Services Engineer to collaborate with customers, designing and implementing innovative solutions that enable them to deliver software faster and more reliably.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Puppet-based solutions for clients.
  • Deliver Puppet training and workshops to customers.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain Puppet modules and products.
  • Contribute blog posts and other communications for Puppet.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software DevOps, Systems Administration, Automation, or Network Infrastructure.
  • Solid experience working with Puppet Enterprise or Puppet Open Source (Puppet 4 or later).
  • Strong customer relations and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
  • Technical degree (CS/IT/Eng/ITSec) or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Programming skills (Ruby, Python, Go, etc.).
  • Windows systems administration experience, including Microsoft PowerShell.
  • Large-scale infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of data center management, systems management, monitoring, networking, and security.
