Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant
\We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay with us.
The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards before guests arrive.
- Respond to general inquiries from guests and document rooms cleaned.
- Keep common spaces clean and stocked with supplies, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed.
- Perform other cleaning duties as needed, such as making beds, stripping sheets, and vacuuming.
- Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with various cleaning products and techniques preferred.
- Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper desired.
