About the Role

The Head of Alumni Engagement is a pivotal position that oversees the development and delivery of the university's alumni engagement strategy and programs. The role requires a charismatic leader who can build trust, respect, and rapport with the diverse alumni community across the globe.

As part of this role, you will lead a dynamic team that deepens connections, celebrates impact, and creates lifelong value for our alumni as part of a broader student lifecycle engagement program. You will work closely with various teams to achieve key engagement objectives and deliver an outstanding alumni experience for 200,000 plus alumni.

This role involves identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with key alumni across the globe. You will also lead the development and management of volunteer networks and chapters, including the Alumni Advisory Committee, inspiring alumni to connect and engage through a mutually beneficial relationship.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of leadership and engagement. As a charismatic leader, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.

You will have a deep understanding of the higher education sector and be familiar with best practices in alumni engagement. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance alumni relations and drive growth.
