Strategic HR Analyst

We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to join our dynamic team in a strategic HR analyst role. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and values.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Providing expert HR guidance to leaders and employees, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Developing and implementing effective onboarding and employee development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and promoting a culture of fairness and equity.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or at least a demonstrated experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
