Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering projects with water companies or the Environment Agency in the Midlands area and potentially working in the North West of England in consultancy roles.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in pre- and post-contract management in NEC 3 or NEC 4 ECC form and procurement within the UK water, environment, rail, or nuclear sector.

  • Budget control and actual cost forecasting
  • Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Contract administration and negotiation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree qualification in a numeric field
  • Full membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM level

Experience and Skills

  • Pre- and post-contract management experience in NEC 3 or NEC 4 ECC form
  • Main contractor and/or joint venture experience working client side
  • An experienced user of the NEC3-4 suite of contracts (A-C-E)
