Job Title: Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at St Joseph's Primary School, Gloucester. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs to students in a Catholic school setting. You will be expected to promote the school's values and ethos, while fostering a love of learning and a sense of community among students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students
  • Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student growth and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs that promote student learning and well-being
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures that support student learning and safety
Requirements
  • Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher
  • Active NESA Accreditation
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
  • Completion of CPR training
