The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
  • Analyze and interpret complex information to determine cause and extent of damage, as well as costs associated with repairs.
  • Manage assigned caseloads effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in claims management or contract administration.
  • Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to build rapport with clients and suppliers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
