Maintenance Team

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general handy-person and trade duties, as well as carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General maintenance and repair tasks
  • Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
  • Ensuring the presentation of the center is maintained to a high standard
  • Providing excellent customer service skills when interacting with tenants and clients
  • Working flexibly across different shifts

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Trade qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Versatile handy-person skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Physical capability to move equipment
  • Liaising with customers and managing customer complaints
  • Experience with power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts (EWP)
