Job Title: Oshc Rostering And Administration Officer

This is a job opportunity for a full-time Oshc Rostering and Administration Officer

We are seeking an individual who can effectively roster OSHC employees for shifts, coordinate bookings from families, and perform other relevant administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong computer technology skills.

This position is part of our innovative high-intensity Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program for children with disabilities.

About the Job:

  1. Effective rostering of OSHC employees for shifts
  2. Coordination of bookings from families and performing other relevant administrative duties
  3. Maintenance of professional connection with the team and families
  4. Positive contribution to the Children Services and Rostering teams
  5. Previous experience working in a similar role and/or qualifications within the disability or community services sector
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Strong computer and technology skills
  8. Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills

Requirements:

  1. NDIS Worker Screening Check
  2. Working with Children Check
  3. NDIS Orientation Certificate
  4. Current vaccination certificate
  5. Proof of Right to work in Australia
