We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Security Manager. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Lead and supervise a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of premises and personnel.
  • Set clear expectations and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and performance reviews to promote a culture of professionalism, safety, and service excellence.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive team culture by promoting best practices and upholding company values.
  • Maintain situational awareness and communication across the site to identify opportunities for service improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor access and maintain security of premises by patrolling areas to detect and prevent incidents.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide site information professionally, escalating critical incidents and liaising with emergency services as needed.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and clear instruction delivery.

In addition to their leadership experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory changes. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating adaptability and capable of managing changing environments and responsibilities.

- Proven leadership experience with a focus on service improvement and role modeling

- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

- Excellent verbal and written communication, including report writing and clear instruction delivery

- Effective problem-solving abilities with sound judgment and logical reasoning

- Adaptable and capable of managing changing environments and responsibilities
