About the Role

This Night Receptionist position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's reception area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing arrivals and departures, handling telephone inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming guests and providing personalized service, ensuring they feel at home during their stay.
  2. Managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and providing support as needed.
  4. Maintaining accurate records, including guest information, payment details, and inventory management.
  5. Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, reflecting positively on the resort's image.
  6. Developing internal sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
