Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service and repair a variety of customer trailer types, ensuring precision and accuracy in all fabrication processes to meet quality standards.
  2. Perform major overhauls in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications, adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety in the workshop.
  3. Conduct mechanical repairs on braking systems, suspensions, and other components, utilizing your knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  4. Carry out regular service inspections and quality checks, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.
  5. Execute warranty work on new trailers, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  6. Rebuild suspension components, utilizing your mechanical trade qualification and experience in heavy equipment repair and servicing.
Requirements:
  1. Mechanical Trade Qualification (Heavy Diesel or similar)
  2. Previous experience in heavy equipment repair and servicing
  3. Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  5. Ability to operate various tools safely and efficiently
