We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a full-time sales and customer service role. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design, and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

The role involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Key responsibilities include:

- Providing expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
- Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
- A strong attention to detail
