Senior Network Engineer Role

This role involves leading by example to showcase expertise in operational change management, creating and maintaining comprehensive network documentation.

The primary responsibilities include managing distributed Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet environments across franchise stores and data centres.

Delivering exceptional customer service through efficient service request fulfillment is key to this role.

Additional responsibilities include driving business-as-usual initiatives such as installation and upgrading of network systems, troubleshooting and escalating incidents and problem management cases across franchise store, corporate and data centre networks.

Analysis of faults raised with external vendors and recommendation of effective solutions are also essential skills required for this role.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant qualification and a Cisco CCNP certificate or equivalent.

Experience in a large enterprise environment is desirable along with strong problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills, customer focus, results orientation, self-motivation, and ability to perform under pressure.
