We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing/Invoice Coordinator to join our finance team at Infinite Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the billing and invoicing process for our 17 aged care facilities across Australia.
As a Billing/Invoice Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn about the aged care industry and progress your career into the accounts receivable space. If you have experience in billing and/or invoicing, or have specialized in this area from a telco, energy, utility, procurement, or logistics company, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing and invoicing process for our aged care facilities
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless billing and invoicing processes
