About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support program directors in coordinating meetings and preparing materials.
  • Monitor program progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Educate project teams on reporting requirements and schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Administration, Business, or Project Management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a program coordinator role, preferably in government or private sector projects.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
