We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic OSHC Educator to join our team at YMCA Brisbane. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children

Requirements

  • Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or a related field
  • Have a current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or be willing to obtain one
  • Have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and the YMCA's values and policies
