Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and quality-oriented Machinist to join our Hydraulics, Engineering, and Fabrication Team in Hazelmere on a 4:3 or 5:2 Afternoon Shift Roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair Caterpillar and Komatsu earthmoving components and related products at high quality and safety standards.
- Operate CNC Lathes, Manual Lathes, Milling Machines, CNC Vertical Machining Centre, Vertical and Horizontal Borer, and other CNC equipment.
- Meet all site access requirements, including completing a Full Pre-Employment Medical and National Police Clearance.
Requirements
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
- Ability to work Afternoon Shift.
- Experience in Caterpillar and Komatsu machine component repair and maintenance.
- Previous experience operating an Okuma.
- Good written and oral communication with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation.
- Confidently interpret Engineering Drawings.
- Valid Forklift license and Dogging Tickets.
- Valid Australian Working Rights.
