The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Manager to join our team at Hype DC. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing our premium products and creating memorable experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching orders.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
  • Support the management team in leading and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
