**Job Title:** Project Officer, Sustainable Landscapes

 

The Alinytjara Wilurara Landscape Board is seeking a Project Officer to contribute to the delivery of sustainable land management projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that meet agreed contractual funding outputs and outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering sustainable land management projects on time, on budget, and to a high quality.
  • Procuring services, engaging contractors, and managing contracts to ensure project delivery.
  • Developing community engagement and communication strategies for project plan outcomes.
  • Supporting on-ground land managers, including Aboriginal Corporation staff and Rangers, to deliver project activities.
  • Delivering behavior change tactics to build broad community understanding of sustainable landscape management.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
