We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Section Lead to join our team at Harris Farm Markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pre-packed meat section, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of all products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation to ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for quality fresh food and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
