Key Spa Professional Role

We are seeking an exceptional Spa Therapist to deliver luxurious spa journeys to our guests. This key role involves greeting guests in a friendly and upbeat manner, managing reception duties, and efficiently handling guest queries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of body massages and skincare services using high-end products. This includes performing up to five massage treatments per shift and maintaining detailed knowledge of treatments and offerings.

To excel in this position, you will need to consistently exceed guest expectations, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized recommendations throughout their stay. Additionally, you will rebook and upsell treatments, advise on home care regimens, and ensure the highest standards in service quality and appearance of all spa areas.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally, you will have:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy
  • Previous experience as a spa therapist within a Resort/Hotel environment
  • Experience and confidence in delivering massage and facial treatments
  • Previous training in Elemis is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, as well as impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Ambition to grow your career

  • Great problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
