Key Responsibilities- Electrical Engineering Expertise: Contribute to our dam safety inspection program and reports, providing electrical engineering expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our assets.
- Asset Inspections: Conduct and document electrical asset inspections, including motors, actuators, telemetry, LV and HV switchboards, control and protection systems.
- Asset Management Planning: Develop full lifecycle asset management plans for electrical assets to maximize return on investment through the balance of risk, cost, performance, and social and environmental sustainability.
- Technical Support: Provide electrical engineering support to identify risks and opportunities and enable the continual improvement of SunWater's infrastructure performance.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering.
- Professional Registration: Be registered as a Professional Engineer in Queensland.
- Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge and application of relevant legislative, statutory and industry standards relating to design and maintenance of electrical infrastructure assets.
- Driver's Licence: Hold a Class 'C' driver's licence for manual vehicle.
