
Key Player in Project Delivery

A Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, budgets, risks, and maintains clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Run regular meetings, track tasks, and follow up on actions and responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and conduct project reviews to identify improvement areas.
- Facilitate project closure, including deliverable handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field is desirable.
- Experience coordinating projects, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Exposure to MFA or IT security projects is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to follow up and push tasks to completion.
- Delivers consistently high customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills; handles multiple tasks with ease.
