**Part Time Educators Wanted**

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Part Time Certificate III educators at Padstow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their growth and development.

**About the Role**:

This is an exciting opportunity for Early Childhood Professionals with a Certificate III in Early Childhood to join our team. As a Part Time Educator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team of educators towards collective goals, facilitating a safe and caring environment for all children, and driving initiatives and curriculum activities that promote continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work collaboratively with a team of educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitate a safe and caring environment for all children.
- Drive initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observe and document the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaise with parents regarding routines, progress, and challenges.
- Assist with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contribute to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensure the physical environment is well maintained
- Engage in professional communication with families and caregivers

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate, considerate, and kind.
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
- Current First Aid.
- Current CPR.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Desire to work in the childcare industry.
- Alert, observant, active, and able to use judgement and initiative.
- Willingness to work in a team and accept responsibility.
