Ce poste est un emploi permanent à temps plein avec un horaire de travail de 2:1.

Nous avons une opportunité passionnante pour un superviseur expérimenté de rejoindre notre équipe et de contribuer à notre succès continu. Relevant du Superviseur de Construction, ce rôle sera essentiel pour la réalisation de projets de travaux civils et de terrassement, ainsi que pour la gestion de structures et de services souterrains, englobant diverses disciplines telles que le béton coulé sur place, le béton préfabriqué, le creusage de tranchées et les services publics.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS

  • Concentrer les efforts sur les objectifs globaux du projet et les communiquer aux membres de l'équipe conformément aux Plans de Gestion de Projet.
  • Garantir que le travail est réalisé de manière constante avec un haut niveau de qualité et dans les délais impartis.
  • Apporter des contributions au plan de travail lors de la phase de démarrage.
  • Superviser l'équipe selon le plan de travail durant la phase de construction.
  • Promouvoir le travail d'équipe entre tous les membres de l'équipe et collaborer avec eux pour surmonter les défis.
  • Créer un environnement de travail sûr.
  • Assurer la livraison des réunions de pré-démarrage quotidiennes, veiller à ce que les normes HSEQ soient respectées, garantir que les permis nécessaires sont en place, tenir des registres quotidiens et travailler avec l'équipe pour respecter le programme convenu.

À PROPOS DE VOUS

Vous possédez une expérience et démontrez des compétences dans les domaines suivants :

  • Niveau d'expérience modéré à élevé dans la supervision d'équipes (environ 10 à 20 employés).
  • Capacité à interpréter des plans de construction.
  • Expérience pertinente dans l'industrie de la construction civile ou générale.
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé dans des domaines tels que les grandes structures en béton, le terrassement, le creusage de tranchées, et les services autour des structures, ainsi que le béton préfabriqué et la tuyauterie.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles solides (par exemple, gestion des conflits).
  • Compétences démontrées en gestion des relations avec les clients.
  • Une approche mature acquise par l'expérience sur le terrain.
