Chief Radiographer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Radiographer to spearhead our team at our newly acquired site in Werribee. As a dynamic and enthusiastic leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily technologist workforce requirements and productivity in the clinics.

• Plan and manage the technologist workforce to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and mentor staff, providing clinical guidance and supervision.
• Ensure outstanding service delivery and manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical Imaging departments.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and review work practices to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.
• Perform medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards as required.

• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical imaging, including X-Ray, CT, and other modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
