Job Description:

The facilities technician plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurant environment. This includes ensuring the internal and external areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff.

Additionally, the facilities technician is responsible for maintaining equipment to guarantee it operates efficiently and effectively. They will also be tasked with keeping the restaurant carpark, patio, and exterior equipment, including bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables, and chairs, in excellent condition.

Organizing and cleaning the back area of the restaurant, including the rubbish area and staff toilets, are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, the facilities technician must comply with all safety and security standards to provide a safe working environment. As required by management, they will complete various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, functioning, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and the restaurant environment is safe and secure from potential hazards.
  • Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio, and exterior equipment.
  • Organize and clean the back area of the restaurant.
  • Comply with safety and security standards.
  • Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks as requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
