Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, this position demands a professional demeanor and strong communication abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of company vehicles as needed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of bus interiors, including seats, floors, ceilings, windows, and dashboard areas.
- Ensuring the workshop lunchroom and changing areas, including restrooms, are kept clean.
- Tidying the office space, including carpets, desks, emptying office bins, and restroom areas, including the driver's room.
- Implementing quality control measures to uphold fleet presentation standards, particularly regarding internal cleanliness, graffiti removal, and external bus appearance.
- Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills with a commitment to completing tasks.
- Good organizational abilities to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Capability to perform physical and manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to follow directions and a keen attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- A valid Australian driver's license issued by the relevant State.
