Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, this position demands a professional demeanor and strong communication abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of company vehicles as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of bus interiors, including seats, floors, ceilings, windows, and dashboard areas.
  • Ensuring the workshop lunchroom and changing areas, including restrooms, are kept clean.
  • Tidying the office space, including carpets, desks, emptying office bins, and restroom areas, including the driver's room.
  • Implementing quality control measures to uphold fleet presentation standards, particularly regarding internal cleanliness, graffiti removal, and external bus appearance.
  • Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills with a commitment to completing tasks.
  • Good organizational abilities to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to perform physical and manual labor tasks.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to follow directions and a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • A valid Australian driver's license issued by the relevant State.
