About the Role

This opportunity will see you working from our Orange NSW office, where you will be responsible for:

  • Completing return to work case management of ex-defence personnel
  • Providing smooth transitions back into the workforce
  • Providing holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments
  • Liaising and collaborating with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as Physiotherapist or ESSA membership as an Exercise Physiologist
  • Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
  • 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
  • Criminal check
