Business Development Role
NHP Electrical Engineering Products is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales professional to lead our Major Projects pursuit in Victoria and Tasmania.
- Capitalise on commercial and industrial project opportunities
- Assess the capability of projects and identify opportunities for growth
- Take charge of the tender process, drive its success and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage multiple major and in-depth projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, specifically in Projects and Tenders
- In-depth knowledge of the tender process and project management
- Commercially orientated, with a demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Functional capacity at client and project level
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Technical expertise or come from an Electrical background
