We support a patient-centred approach to clinical management, focusing on delivering tailored exercise interventions that address chronic diseases, injuries, and health conditions. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse clientele and be committed to establishing strong relationships with local stakeholders and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver customised exercise programs for individuals at risk of developing chronic conditions or injuries.
- Provide clinical exercise prescriptions for those managing complex medical conditions and injuries.
- Foster healthy habits and well-being through education and support services.
- Promote Exercise Physiology within the Centre and wider community.
- Liaise with medical professionals to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must hold current accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). You will also need excellent communication skills, a patient-centred approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are passionate about helping others achieve their health goals and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
