Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to provide exceptional service and contribute to our store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide product knowledge
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process transactions efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock maintenance
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
