About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Kmart. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and forecasting
- Build and coach a high-performing team, providing guidance and development opportunities
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
