The 2026 Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in Insurance and Risk Management. As a full-time permanent employee, you will participate in a structured rotational program over 12 months, gaining hands-on experience and the learning and development required for success.

Upon completion of the program, you will have the chance to choose your area of placement, becoming an Account Executive. The program combines practical work and development activities, with support from experienced professionals, mentors, and an alumni community.

To be eligible, you must have completed (or be completing) your degree in 2025 and hold full Australian working rights. Gallagher accepts graduates across all disciplines, encouraging applicants who are curious and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales and marketing business.
