We are seeking a results-driven thought leader to join our ANZ Customer Advisory team as a Financial Services Solutions Strategist. In this role, you will drive the success of our Fraud and Financial Crimes solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. Your deep financial services experience, technical mastery of Fraud and Financial Crime solutions, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to spark interest and excitement around SAS products.

As a key member of our ANZ Customer Advisory team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Domain Strategy: Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for Fraud and Financial Crimes solutions, ensuring alignment to industry demands and identifying key growth opportunities.
  • Solution Ownership: Own and drive the success of Fraud and Financial Crimes solutions within the financial services domain, managing performance metrics and collaborating with global domain and solution teams to drive product strategy.
  • Pipeline Generation: Take ownership of pipeline generation and execution, developing strategies to create a robust pipeline that covers diverse opportunities and achieves sales goals.
  • Sales and Marketing Activities: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and bid management teams to develop compelling value propositions, craft persuasive messaging, and execute high-quality RFP responses and presentations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services vertical, including key players, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong ability to uncover customer needs, craft value propositions, and demonstrate Return on Investment for solutions.
  • Experience designing and configuring Fraud and FinCrime prevention solutions that address customer challenges and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Partnership and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
