Frontline Health ACT & Southern NSW is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Campbelltown, Sydney. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with a focus on working with adults. You will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, writing comprehensive reports, and performing assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations in a clinic setting
- Telehealth consultations to provide remote care
- Write comprehensive reports to document patient progress
- Perform assessments and write reports for NDIS participants and other patients
- Deliver regular clinic therapy sessions and occasional home visits
Requirements
- Current certified practising membership with AHPRA
- Post-graduation experience minimum 1 year
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload
- A proactive and motivated approach, eager to innovate and learn from new experiences
- Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
- A genuine passion for the disability sector
