Job Opportunity

We have an opening for a highly skilled Tailings Engineer to join our team. As a Principal Tailings Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' tailings and mine waste management operations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety of our clients' facilities, adhering to the latest industry standards and best practices. This involves providing technical and operational support for Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) and Water Storage Facilities (WSF).

In this role, you will apply your expertise in civil/geotechnical/tailings dam design, geotechnical analyses, and instrumentation monitoring systems. You will also develop and manage proposals, prepare engineering reports, and contribute to client development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment is required, along with proficiency in geotechnical engineering software and numerical modeling tools.

You should be able to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handle multiple project assignments, meet strict deadlines, and travel to client facilities as needed. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
