Main Responsibilities
  • Lead junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Work on large insurance-focused solutions with some of Australia's leading insurers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with Java technologies in AWS environment.
  • Design, develop and deploy enterprise-scale projects.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Java development experience in the Australian market.
  • Strong experience in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive individual up-to-date with modern Java practices.
  • Australian Citizen or PR required.
