Workshop Service Coordinator Job Description

Transport Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd seeks a skilled Workshop Service Coordinator to manage customer relationships and data entry for our workshop.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling.
  • Attend to customer payments as required.
  • Perform data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing, along with various tasks from the accounts department.
  • Control vehicle condition reports and liaise with customers on pick-up/drop-off.
  • Maintain workshop documents including service records, quality assurance, and consumables.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven administration and customer service experience.
  • Experience with workshop operations.
  • Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry; experience in hydraulics and/or braking is highly regarded.
  • Ability to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
