Early Childhood Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences that inspire and motivate children.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) and a current Working with Children Check. They will also possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and be guided by our experienced leadership team through their career journey, with a focus on professional development and succession planning.

  • Key responsibilities include working closely with the Centre Director and Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the service, guiding and mentoring a passionate team of Educators, providing support and guidance to colleagues on meaningful learning documentation and environments, building trusting relationships with families and children through regular communication and feedback, and reflecting with and alongside peers to promote best practices and positive outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Acecqa-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Acecqa-approved Asthma, Anaphylaxis, First aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
