Front Desk Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience as a receptionist, proficiency in using MS Office, and familiarity with medical software such as Gentu. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and booking patients
- Billing and invoicing
- Responding to patient inquiries
- Managing correspondence and office supplies
- Tidying duties
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- First-aid certificate
What We Offer
This is a casual position with expected availability 1-2 days per week, weekdays only. We offer a competitive hourly rate and superannuation. On-site training will be provided for medical software.
