About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead and direct the QA/QC teams for our client, a leading Australian dairy manufacturer based in Western Sydney.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across the site for all matters relating to quality, including leading internal, external, and customer audits, managing GMP, and coordinating improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the QA/QC teams
  • Lead internal, external, and customer audits and manage corrective actions
  • Manage GMP across the site and coordinate improvement plans
  • Attend senior leadership meetings and drive continuous improvement
  • Hands-on production floor focus, driving change and implementing technology rollouts
Requirements
  • Several years' experience as a Quality Manager in the food/beverage industry
  • Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Experience in SQF/WQA, HACCP, ISO, GMP
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
