About the Role

The UNSW School of Banking and Finance is seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals to join our casual academic talent pool. As a casual academic, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the teaching and learning experience of our students, while also developing your skills and expertise in finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in finance courses
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching materials and assessments
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students, including marking and feedback
  • Participate in the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment strategies
Requirements
  • Previous tutoring experience in finance or a related field
  • Completed all undergraduate business degree requirements
  • Demonstrated a strong performance in finance courses with a high distinction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attended UNSW Business School training sessions
