We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on multiple renewable energy/construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Senior Supervisors and site leadership teams to achieve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and lead relevant work teams within the Business Unit in all aspects of their employment.
- Effectively utilise people across the Business Unit to achieve project outcomes.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Monford Employee Agreements (EA's) and relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A degree in Construction Management or similar.
- 10+ years' experience in Senior Supervisors role, managing 200+ resources.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence & Construction Induction White Card.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
