Main Responsibilities
  • Process Optimisation and Monitoring:
    • Ensure pilot plant operations align with quality standards by analysing process outputs.
    • Evaluate the impact of process variables on material yield and quality.
  • Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC):
    • Conduct quality control tests on production batches to verify physical, chemical, and performance characteristics meet specifications.
    • Analyse data to identify product failures and inform root cause analysis decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years relevant industry experience and proven ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary environments.
  • In-depth understanding of coating processes, rheology, and material properties affecting coating performance.
