We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Associate to join our team at CPL - Choice, Passion, Life.

This role involves providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on personal care, medication administration, mobility assistance, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm and confident demeanor, and a commitment to delivering dignified care.

The Disability Support Associate will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and support.Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Administering medications and providing diabetes training (highly desirable)
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
  • Commitment to infection prevention and control measures including the use of PPE
