Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. You will engage in a rich learning journey, sharpening your technical expertise and developing key skills in business acumen, communication, personal branding, client engagement, and professional networking.The program includes personalized career development plans and discussions, structured training and mentoring programs, secondment opportunities across offices and working on integrated projects, regular morning teas & lunches, team social and office events.About the OpportunityThis role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver. You will have the chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community while being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company.You will get to:
  • Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs.
  • Carry out design calculations while working to project timelines and budget.
  • Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation.
  • Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients.
